Know exactly what you’re getting.

Which product should I start with?

Start with the free Starter Kit if you already follow a routine and want a better record. Choose the Progression Toolkit for worked examples of training decisions. Choose the meal kit for an adaptable weekly menu and matching grocery list.

Is the meal kit a personalized diet?

No. It provides two example weeks for generally healthy adults, including a vegetarian version with eggs and dairy. Portions are adjustable. There is no assigned calorie target, verified macro plan or guarantee of complete nutrition. Snacks and drinks are not included in the shopping totals. The original meal ideas have not been kitchen-tested or reviewed by a dietitian.

Does the Toolkit include a workout program?

No. It helps you interpret a routine you already follow. The separate Three-Day Muscle Blueprint remains in development and is not part of this release.

Can I buy the paid kits now?

The paid guides are coming soon. The Starter Kit and both samples are free to download now. The displayed $29 prices are planned one-time prices.

Do I need a subscription or special software?

No subscription is needed. Use a PDF reader that supports forms, save a copy and reopen it to check your entries. The meal kit also includes CSV shopping lists for spreadsheet apps. Printing is an option.

Are these medical or coaching services?

No. These are general educational tools for adults, with original examples and source notes. They do not assess injuries, diagnose symptoms or prescribe an individual diet. Follow appropriate professional guidance for your circumstances. Copper Frame is our fictional illustrated character, not a human health professional.
